The Website, Mobile Apps and EbonyLife Social Media are owned and operated by EbonyLife Cinemas Limited (registered office at 6 Industrial Avenue, Ilupeju, Lagos State, registered in Nigeria under RC number 1450412) ("EbonyLife").

EbonyLife operates its platforms for itself and also on behalf of its subsidiary companies. You agree that these companies are entitled to benefit from the terms herein: The White Orchid Hospitality Limited, registered office at VLA House, Plot 1690b Buraimoh Kenku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria (RC Number 1332086).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Website, Mobile Apps or EbonyLife Social Media, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. For more information, contact us via the "Contact Us" page on the Website.

Your use of our Mobile Apps is, in addition to these Terms, also subject to the terms of the operating system providers on the device you are using (such as Apple or Google).

Your use of EbonyLife Social Media is also subject to the terms of the relevant social media providers (such as Instagram and Facebook).

EbonyLife has sole discretion to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on our platforms and constitute a new version of the Terms. You are expected to check the "Privacy and Legal" section of our Website regularly for updates. Continued use of our platforms after any amendment constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

Nigeria Only

The Website, Mobile Apps and EbonyLife Social Media are intended only for users in Nigeria. You may only use our platforms to make purchases if you are resident in Nigeria. If you access from outside Nigeria, you do so at your own risk and remain subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The Website, Mobile Apps, EbonyLife Social Media and all content within them are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights recognised in Nigeria and globally. All materials are owned by or licensed to EbonyLife. You are permitted to:

• Display materials on a computer screen for personal use
• Download and print hard copies strictly for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not alter or remove any copyright or trademark notices

You Undertake NOT To:

• Commercially exploit any materials without our prior written consent
• Establish a link to our platforms from any other website without our prior written consent
• Infringe the rights of any other person
• Interfere with, disrupt, damage or impair our platforms or services
• Copy or infringe EbonyLife's rights in the Website, Mobile Apps and/or Social Media

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your use of content received is subject to these Terms as if that content formed part of our platforms.

If you upload any comments or materials to our platforms (e.g. a film review), you assign any rights — including intellectual property rights — in them to EbonyLife. We may adapt, broadcast, copy, disclose, license, publish, sell and transmit such materials in any form, anywhere in the world, on a royalty-free basis in perpetuity. You also waive and agree not to assert any moral rights in such materials.

EbonyLife has sole discretion to remove any material posted on our platforms at any time without notice or liability.

EbonyLife shall not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential losses incurred through use of our platforms. Any liability is restricted to foreseeable losses only.

EbonyLife is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control.

These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between EbonyLife and you. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions and warranties implied by law are expressly excluded.

EbonyLife operates EbonyLife Wi-Fi for itself and on behalf of its companies, including The White Orchid Hospitality Limited (RC Number 1332086).

By accessing or using EbonyLife Wi-Fi, you accept these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you must stop using EbonyLife Wi-Fi immediately.

EbonyLife has sole discretion to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect when posted on our Website. Continued use of the Wi-Fi after any amendment constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

EbonyLife Wi-Fi is intended for personal use including email, instant messaging, internet browsing and app use. It is not permitted for any commercial purpose. Intellectual property rights in EbonyLife Wi-Fi are owned by or licensed to EbonyLife.

You Must NOT Use EbonyLife Wi-Fi To:

• Upload or distribute material containing viruses or similar harmful content
• Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy or other rights of any person or organisation
• Interfere with, disrupt, damage or impair EbonyLife Wi-Fi or our provision of services
• Store, distribute, upload, download or receive harmful, defamatory, obscene, indecent, discriminatory or offensive content
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial offers or advertisements
• Carry out any unlawful, illegal or fraudulent acts
• Intercept or monitor data or messages being transmitted over the network
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
• Gain unauthorised access to systems, networks or devices of EbonyLife or any other person

You must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any of our security safeguards or those of our suppliers.

When you use EbonyLife Wi-Fi, we may collect information about your device and its location; the volume of data used; websites and applications accessed; and your usage time, frequency and location.
