Restaurant Manager

Lead the front of house at The Afrobeat, our restaurant celebrating Africa's most beloved music genre. You'll build, train and run a team that serves Nigerian and pan-African cuisine with warmth, energy and polish, night after night.

What you'll do

  • Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team across lunch, dinner and late-night service
  • Run daily service, from reservations and floor plans to guest recovery
  • Own rotas, labour costs, stock control and the restaurant's revenue targets
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, licensing and health & safety standards
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and events team on menus, private dining and live-music nights

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a busy, quality-led restaurant
  • A calm, visible leadership style and a genuine love of hospitality
  • Confidence with rotas, budgets, POS and reservation systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for African food, music and culture is a real plus
